A birthday present to me.....only 9.5 weeks early

At least, with all of these presents in one delivery (*I have no idea what they might be) to sign for, I told Postie that it was my birthday. Then I laughed that, in fact, it is not - but since I'm so worth it....why not? I'll create another birthday for today. Libra season is on. Justice, balance, fairness, Venusian energy (love yo'self more)...I have not purchased a new phone for....wait for it...be shocked...

12 years....or maybe more. I was the second-hand kid (in my family, second daughter) and I inherited all of my daughter's cast off phones...yep, old habits die hard.

I have treated myself for completing cycles, healing, working on a lot of things simultaneously, being awesome....and because I want to. Treat yo'self, love yo'self.

Now, to get it all up and running

*A benefit of getting old...you order stuff online, and by the time they reach your postal address.....surprise...forgotten what was ordered : ) : ) I like surprises, so suits me fine.

Mainly health products. Mission: 'La Naturaleza'. Water filter, removes 99% of all crap (I do not want to drink the poison in our water) Aztec clay, shea butter - to make products, Jade eyeliner (I like green, bored of black) sugaring (organic)...I like natural, though I don't sport hairy legs (never have aspired to be a werewolf), Californian White Sage - clearing and cleansing, environment and body...all lovely treats. I can get creative with concocting natural products for health and beauty...yessssssss : ) ....and share with my friends : ) Neroli oil on the way and a bamboo brushes (teeth and hair)

Very successful dog-sitting. Barley is a labradoodle (I know, weird : )

My pooch was not too impressed and hid under the table, eyes on the invader : )

Actually, a very laid back dog. I talked to her and sang to her, she seemed to like it.

She was collected and I think there's a Thai curry on its way soon : ) I sent Barley off with some of my apple, lemon, banana polenta cake (for R and D) I hope it will be enjoyed. I made it last night. It's lush and has gone into my collected recipe book, for repeat bake.

Polenta is an alternative ingredient to wheat flour. Gluten free.

Victim Support are making arrangements for the court hearing next year - the assault case. Screening option, yes please. I will need 'blinkers', so that I do not get distracted while reading my statement. I will have a pre-court visit to take me through the ropes for the trial, January. Meantime my attacker is still in custody and will be so, until sentenced or released, at least. Restraining order being processed. Impressed with the Witness Support Team. All under control.
