As it transpires...

.... I have been in touch with the Witness Care Team, who are there to support me through the procedure of attending Crown Court against the accused, if it will come to this.

Mr Hawes is to be attending Crown Court, Hove on 17/09

If he is to plead 'Not Guilty' (probable) I will have to attend at a later date to testify against this plea.

I will not know the outcome until after 17/09

In this case I have a witness who will be called to testify and my good self.

For now, I'm simply breathing and going with my flow. Today I was very self satisfied. I managed to get to the route of some issues surrounding my energy providers and to cancel my current car insurance.....for a much better deal (nearly half of the cost). Having earned a year No Claims Discount, this changes things.

My pretty car (she's really pretty, Honda's always are) has been given TLC and is good to go.

September. End of the old year, beginning of the new. Tying up loose ends, getting all fair and square. I love that s***.

I spoke with a lovely customer service lady, Julia Phan. I guessed she must be Indonesian, with a name like this. Bingo. Vietnamese. And we discussed Thai Green Curry. I then said, (from the sound of her voice and knowing that she was East Asian) "You must be very pretty". She giggled. I knew that she was. Random.

Apple picking season. What gets to me, a lot, are all of the trees dripping with fruit and berries and everyone is too lazy-arse to collect it. A symptom of living in a 'spoiled culture', where everything is on tap. Meanwhile FREE FOOD- NATURAL AND UNPROCESSED = VITAL goes to waste. It's disgusting. If I was G-d, I would cry.

I intend to make use of every last berry and fruit that I can pick. Why are people so fucking dumb? As I said, spoiled culture, spoiled brats who do not know how to appreciate the beautiful world. They don't even notice it, running around like headless chickens, stressed and depressed.

Did you know that Bananas are not fruit? They are berries. Well now you know. Banana berry. That sounds odd, but then again, so does banana.

So, manana, my Pa has invited me to collect blueberries from his bush and my boyfriend has invited me to apple pick with him....although I half expect that we might get distracted by Mojitos : ) and.....other distractions : )

I have not seen him in four weeks (29 days) and it will be lovely to catch up. He is busy, I am busy and it's not easy to find a window, these days to get together.

As I have made so much progress, this week. I have been early to be, early to rise (makes a woman healthy, wealthy and wise) I took myself for a beach moment, this afternoon, a read of Bill Bryson and a listen to the crashing breakers. Just me and the beach life guard (a blonde, smiley woman) Needed it.

Tomorrow a pedi, a road trip. NIce. then, wind it down for the weekend. I might wallpaper a wall, for change, for freshen up.

Overall. Everything is tickety-boo. I like that.

Talking of natural beauty. The New Moon - in Pisces, tonight (Harvest Moon) is dazzling. Pisces Moons are always more radiant. The beauty of late summer/early fall. Knockout.
